But only an ignorant person risks the financial welfare of their household on account of "Trying to make progress". 

Median household income for the ZIP code is $115,000, which is much higher than both the state and county averages.  

I was thinking of making rent all inclusive with rent, utilities, cable, internet, cleaning services and household common area shopping( toilet paper, soap etc).

The only property tax discounts in Mecklenburg county that I am aware of are for the elderly low income households (65+) and/or disabled veterans and that only applies to their primary residence.

Here's one that most people miss....The IRS requires you to have a DOOR on your home office in order to expense the proportionate amount of your household operational expenses against your business.  

Breaking multiple windows, breaking a television, and staying away for that long a time is not something most emotionally stable husbands would do in a stable relationship with young children in the household. 

To my knowledge, we meet all the other USDA requirements in terms of geographic location, total household income, etc.  

In addition although three-quarters of new house-holds purchased homes in the 90's fewer the half do now.
