I was recently advised that BRRR is probably not a food fit for me and flipping could work better.Any thoughts on that? 

Both are books you should also take a look at but ALWAYS know there is a spectrum to everything and take everything with a grain of salt.

For these young engineers its like living in a hostel.. having made a few presentations at Google headquarters you can see how this would work you get all your food for free and only go home to sleep and shower basically.
