Not sure if this was already mentioned or posted here, but I received an email from TREC this morning clarifying rules for wholesaling in Texas (I meant to name this Texas Wholesalers):"Sale of Equitable Interests in Real Estate Clarified  Governor Abbott Has Signed SB 2212SB 2212 amends Chapter 1101 to codify the clarifying changes to TREC rules regarding sale of certain equitable interests in real property.

Oh, and they're currently working on getting a bill to the governor's desk for "good cause" eviction.

Unless the new Governor makes it illegal to ban STRs like they did in AZ....

@Kenneth Cook new york is broke.... they will do anything to make a buck, weather a local municipality to the governor.

Also, no increases until 90 days post declare emergency by the governor.

Like properties where landlords can't get bad tenants out thanks to Governor Nuisance.

You also brought up roofs, I believe the Governor and the legislature is working on a bill to address the 15 year roof issue, it has been identified and I feel good it will be written to protect the home owners with older fulling functioning roofs and still maintain fair good coverages for storm replacement.  

New York Governor Kathy Hochul plans to eliminate single family zoning in New York, taking control away from local residents.
