I would imagine that if your friend created the listing, and then gave you permission, in writing outside of FF, to use it as her agent, you should be able to use their login to update the calendar, write up the description, etc.

In Reno, NV there is such a supply constraint because of geographic limitations and an influx of tech and manufacturing jobs from CA rates at 5% will cause a buying frenzy driving prices even higher.

ETC - but bottom line, if you are stable geographically you will end up far, far ahead if you buy a house, and even more so if that house is reasonably priced & valued relative to rentals in that area.
