Hopefully people now accept and realize that their dire predictions about NYC are not going to come to fruition. 

If you don’t start with a powerful reason WHY you’re not going to find the motivation and drive to see it come to fruition.

As much as anything, your post provided me the impetus to encourage people to make smart financial decisions vs. chasing the dream of RE riches which are oftentimes hard to bring to fruition.

Once you’re into a small handful of syndications, each deal comes to fruition anyway and then you have that cash to invest without having to leverage in such high risk terms

Plus, the logistics of buying one building may be a bit easier: one loan, one appraisal, one insurance policy, etc.With option C, you'd be going through the same process five times and it would take a lot of time for all of the deals to come to fruition, settle, and figure out the leases, etc etc.
