While inconvenient, the fence could have a latch that can only be opens from the inside.A pool alarm, a floating device that detects waves, is also a good idea.Obviously, your rental insurance has to be made aware of the pool....they may have their own requirements.

Some lenders have "float downs," but typically these are lenders with high "starting" rates to begin with, they're just cutting into excess profit they normally collect, it's not actually a float down even though it appears that your pricing gets better.So if you're getting a good rate, expect not to be able to float it down.

I would be purchasing this basically at the end of the peak so I’m nervous about the purchase putting me in a rough spot financially if I can’t float the expenses during the off season.
