I'm not pondering should you or shouldn't ya, I think your more then capable of sorting that out for yourself, I'm just gonna stick to what stands out to me as best "how-to".

A clean cut, I get that it might be hard emotionally and financially but a clear break on stuff is what you need not more stuff that keeps you together that will just be one more thing to fight over later.

The agents are charged for this service no matter what so it's difficult for the agent to service from a time and financial perspective.

As it stands now, the sweet spot in that area in the market for rent seems to be a little larger 2/2 house with large living area for guests.

And as you can read here on BP this is probably the number one recipe for financial failure.
