If you don't have a RE agent, I would either google for the top realtors in your realtors and start calling them.And/or search for realtors on BP to help you.When I need a quick search online, i use findcompsnow and realquest express 

Also if it's 3rd floor or higher, there may be an extra fee - but admittedly, I might be confusing this with their appliance delivery.

@MikeYoung We have a REIA sub-meeting today at 11:30 at the Pasta Express on Republic Rd and Golden.

I've coupled it with Amazon Key in order for the Amazon deliveries to be delivered directly inside a garage I dedicated for storage.

Damien,For a deal this size with this profit potential, here's what I would do:I would put together a list of 100 properties you think would work well for your partner, write a sales letter with the headline "1031 Exchange Property Urgently Needed" or something to that effect and mail it via FedEx Express Saver.

I remember the first time I saw a project delivery diagram, it dawned on me who really makes the decisions in the building process...the owner.
