I am thinking assisted living, daycares, senior living etc that encompasses both would be the best route.

Just an example of how it has more of a larger, all-encompassing effect.That being said, I'd say the 2 most pertinent things at play now are 1) high affordability cost due to interest rates and 2) lack of supply in the market still.

I think it is partially a good idea - Hard Money shouldn't encompass all private lenders or private lending options (DSCR Loans for example), but is still an accurate and good term for certain types of loans such as RTL
