I am testing the waters to see if BP members think that I would have any trouble selling a duplex, in a small town, completely renovated with brand new, quality Section 8 elderly tenants in place.  

One time I was rehabbing a house (as a rental) and the elderly neighbor came over and asked if we would fix a leak in her roof.

Toledo uses Republic Services for trash pickup...the city contract allows a "bulk pickup" to be scheduled each month free of charge.My building is scheduled for Spring Cleaning on Tuesday night (I have a pair of guys just assigned to help organize, inspect, and handle anything heavy to be moved for the elderly tenants) but we should have a massive offering for the trash truck on Wednesday.

I spoke with a very elderly woman late last week who has 2 properties on the same street in San Antonio that she would like to sell.
