Another idea I had was to just use standard research out there on building systems like the air conditioning, wiring, plumbing and so on, to estimate how much time they would normally take to require repairs.Here's a paper that discusses "energy modeling" for single family homes that is pretty recent that is an example of what I'm thinking of:https://www.mdpi.com/1996-1073/12/8/1537 

I was wondering if I could list it myself through rent redi as a short term rental or should join something like Air b and B or VRBO?

What do to for a small 800sft home (2 bed 1 bath) that has no central air.

They stated my HVAC will actually run more efficiently without insulation - because the warm crawlspace air will rise in the winter.

I did this a few years ago and it still looks good as new, but I recently read that its not recommended to use fix-it-all on the exterior of the home because it can absorb the moisture in the air and further rot the wood.

See what I do not understand is imagine showing someone that birds can fly, by pointing at one in mid-air flying away, and then asking the person "OK IF what you are saying is true and birds can fly, how do they fly"? 

Heating, air conditioning, hot tubs, major appliance failure, septic issues, etc.  

I am looking to invest in a property near a beach in Florida so I can air b n b it and vacation there with my family in the winter.
