So Ohio is now gratefully on the upswing - recent governors and state legislators have been able to cut taxes to encourage corporations to stay and more to come, Young people see a future in urban Middle America, I won't drone on but CLE is definitely a different place now vs 15 yrs ago- super fun and there's so much business coming back in.

Let's see, a car maker can build a car that blows up or won't stop and they are allowed to continue building them because the human loss estimated is accepted based on the economic benefits, but the potential of having air borne lead particles from less than a two inch area around a door frame is a greater threat to public safety and is more economically feasible to contain?

I definitely have been interested in adding this to my arsenal of marketing techniques, right now I am just working with exterior drone videos and interior stills.The thing I do wonder about virtual tours, is if everyone can see the houses from the comfort of their own home, the human interaction in real estate gets severely limited.

We recently closed on a house to upgrade and flip but even though there is no apparent mold and the inspection did not find any, we suspect that there is possibly mold or some other airborne agent in the home due to the fact that one person seems to be affected whenever they spend any time in the house (they are very susceptible to many things most people are not) .
