I'm going to try that tonight, on this current prospect.I haven't been printing out stacks of contracts when I show the house, I just handed out a slip of paper with the link to my website, where they could download the file, fill it out, and email it back to me.

I've solved the problem but only because I downloaded some property analysing software that figured it out for me.If anyone can please solve and let me know how exactly you got to the answer I'd be greatly appreciative.

Anyone know any good ones online I can download, on youtube or whatever, some legit ones that dont try to get me to buy something but teach me alot about investing?

I have a book or two from Bronchick and a download from Diamond, the cost isn't the issue - it's which will give me the information to get started as a beginner.My background is accounting, so I started with 'doing the numbers' on paper, looking at quads for sale in my area and talking to other investors.Now it's time to fish or cut bait, so which course would you (experienced investors please) choose if you were just starting?

I think you can even download a demo if it to try out.I think it is certainly worth looking into if you decide not to use one of the online platforms.

The reason why I ask is if you gain some monetary benefits from it, you could contact website owner/webmasters and offer to split profits with them to put your tool on their site.You can also submit your tool to many software download sites.

Yet, I recognize the potential.I visit nightly and have downloaded the Apple widget as well.
