This option is best for the passive investor who is no longer chasing growth and leverage but would rather have security and true asset diversification as the stock market continues to go on quite the ride as it waits for the Fed to tame inflation.

I'm definitely looking for more than just asset class diversification.

I was leaning towards the Chase card just to show some diversification on the credit report so will probably go that route unless I get wind of a better card.

This growth could likely be attributed to increasing investor desire to gain more diversification within their portfolios.

With further portfolio diversification in mind, I have invested both my own money and my mother's retirement money in multiple iFunding deals.Here are my results thus far:Invested in 8 projects of which 3 have paid back (cash in the bank) with an XIRR of 20.2%.

And self-directed IRA is a great vehicle to do so giving the opportunity to invest in alternative assets, get out of the stock market and achieve true diversification which is not possible with conventional IRA.
