The headaches and disappointments are many.

I'm just chiming in because it always makes me sad to hear people have had disappointing experiences in KC.  

I guess I shouldn't be too disappointed for each year my insurance policy does not "pay me out."

I'm disappointed that we didn't get a chance to meet and chat face to face at the last meetup, but let me know if you want to grab coffee/lunch soon.  

Depending on when they purchased the property they could be disappointed wanna be landlords.

I would highly recommend attending, you will not be disappointed :) 

So far I am not disappointed!

Unfortunately I've come across a number of disappointed investors that were surprised to learn about things like UBIT, UDFI, UBTI and when combined with custodial fees, LLC fees, etc ended up with negative cashflow in their IRA!  

@Kyandrea Fowlkes, if I'm making an assumption here, please forgive me, but if it's your intent to get a license via academia, you'll likely be disappointed.  

I have capital that has produced disappointing results in convential investments  I am considering investing 60 - 80 K all cash on a town home rental  this will give me a chance to test the waters and see if I want to go bigger  jay
