I write a great deal...emails, newsletters(via Mailchimp), social media posts to include LinkedIn and need some help.Just in my own experience some copy(even subject lines) are so much easier to read and triggers the desire to read on, where mine just seems so 'blocky' when I go back and read it.I used to write diplomatic posts for the US Government as part of my job so you can imagine how dull my writing can be:)

I wouldn't sell anything unless I am in a financial crisis or I have better use of the sale proceeds of the property.. 

The one prior to 2008 was the 1980 S&L crisis. 

The 10% isn't going to do anything for you in a time of financial crisis if you've paid it to the bank early.

Overreaction due to 24 hour new crisis, fearmongering, etc.... 

In my opinion the student loan crisis will be the root cause for the next recession. 

Even for the great toilet paper crisis of 2020 or Covid-19 whatever you want to call it. 

We all hear all of the investors who made out in the 2008 housing crisis.
