deep down, what I like about it is the cost is higher, hopefully there are less people there who have zero money and are like the peddlars at the street lights trying to raise a $500 EMD money to wholesale a property they have never seen 2000 miles away.

The truth is that any data or track record can be interpreted in multiple ways, and each sponsor will naturally present their results in the best possible light.

Stay in real estate for 10 to 20 years and you will finally see the light and the wisdom of connecting with a company like this and the advantages will come to light for you. 

But I'd rather have a good relationship with the city so that things get done when I call rather than lost in some pile on some one's desk. 

My opinion is that rates will be reduced in by 1/4 pt in Sept with the intent of shinning a positive light on the democratic party.
