Even when I have a lot of equity, if my DTI is too high (over 60%) then I have found that I am denied HELOC approval.  

From what I’ve heard is that KW lacks in training, but some people deny this and say they’re good with their training and also the cap system is set up good so if you meet their cap, the rest after that is straight commission.

There was also a case in Phila where a judge denied the landlord a judgment for the time period during which the license was not in place.

As mentioned by Michele, smoking is not a protected class and you are perfectly within your rights to deny them as you do have a no smoking policy.

Working folks aren't a protected class but I will say that your ratings will take a hit if you keep denying bookings for no obvious reason.Have you had massive damage due to a work group staying?
