Idea with LLCs is as a liability shield since any income gets passed-thru according to the operating agreement.A LLC serves to limit recourse on claims against the property to the LLC assets so  you're not putting the rest of your fortune at risk (hence LLC = limited liability).Think putting everything in ONE LLC defeats their purpose.AM NOT A LAWYER SO DO NOT ACT IN RELIANCE ON WHAT I SAY.

Foreigners can then either own through a bank trust (fideicomiso) or a Mexican corporation.I've never heard of owning Mexican property through a US LLC and that would defeat the purpose of the Mexican ownership.
