You know, I’ve had a few moments where I’ve scratched my head wondering if I was getting too cozy with my home equity, but pulling out those funds for a strategic investemnt has, more often than not, led me to some pretty sweet opportunities.

I know they've been around for quite a while, and I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences they have had dealing with them, either as an investor or a borrower.

So if I was dealing with a seller who was insisting on handling the transfer this way, I would be wondering what the seller is trying to hide... and I would figure it out.

I liked my conversation with Realty One Group (Corona office) and wondered if anyone had any recent experience with that group that they could share.

For what it’s worth, after 20 years and 3,500 transactions, I’ve never done one myself. I guess that makes me part of the 1%! But hey, I’m learning about it as we speak—always room to grow!

I am looking to switch CRMs and was wondering if anyone has REALLY DIALED IN their workflows in REI REPLY that they would be willing to share. 

I have not started to look outside of the area to out of state rental opportunities, but I am wondering if there are remote markets with a higher return than this that I should be looking into.   

I know this can go either way but wondering what everyone does. 

I am wondering if there is any market in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Maryland, or Washington DC that would "make sense" to house hack given my financial position?
