And I just got kind of burnt out and I've never really gotten over that. all of them  seem like they should cash flow but the reality is our business bank account never reflects that, but it could be bc we are constantly in the process of remodeling something, I'm actually not sure.

I have now developed a Revenue Stream Strategy that will cover this cost.

Anyone doing this casually just won't have the intimate local market knowledge or experience that agents who are constantly networking with other agents and investors and handling transactions every day will have. 

You will constantly hear of  shortcuts during construction and the conscientious decision to use lower quality materials during the renovation. 

I own a two-story duplex where water constantly drips down the siding, even when it hasn't rained for days or weeks.

I not only love travelling but I am constantly amazed by how much I learn from moving around and experiencing various cultures.

Obviously, a complete and well built website with interactive components and quality information that’s constantly update and optimized for particular keywords to show up on the first page of search engines (including YouTube) will bring in the MOST valuable leads.  

Although it's great here with weather, proximity to mountains and the Pacific Ocean. being close to family and friends but I'm constantly stressed out.  

Constantly on the lookout of adding more duplexes or fourplexes.
