And even after that date, schools will be closed through the summer, no large-scale sporting events/concerts/gatherings through November or December, and I don't think things will go back to normal at the end of June, there will just be a modified version of the stay at home order that starts to open up lower risk businesses and activities (that have large economic benefits) over time.I'm buckling up and focusing on cash reserves.

I have lived around sunny (but bitter cold) chicago during college and would not want to go there except for taste of chicago and summer concerts in the park!

@Herwin G. its against the law for agents to give you cash back out of their commission.what they are doing is negotiating with the seller to lower their commission in concert with lowering price.. you get the benefit of the discount but not cash

You also need to account for cultural experiences (Broadway, Museums, Concerts), food choices and quality of said choices(I may or may not have cried when my favorite chinese take-out place closed for good due to COVID19), dating scene etc.
