I've quietly viewed enough churches and paintings already; my goal was to break the insurmountable barrier of politeness and actually make contact with regular people, people who aren't trained in the hospitality-industry art of being efficient and polite. 

I would find a pastor for the church, and rent out the other two in a heartbeat, and in 2-3 months pocket the cashflow.

If you meet someone at church or in a civic organization or some professional organization you may have a personal relationship.

I started singing and reading in church in the 5th grade.

The idea being that we cannot have tax-exempt entities like retirement plans, churches, etc. driving taxpaying businesses out of business by competing with them on an un-level playing field.  

Agree with @Lynn M. we had similar experiences where tenants had support from a local church but we had more hoops to jump through with some utilities; particularly our propane set-up.

The home is right in front of the school and a Church/school about another block away and another church in the other direction about 2 blocks.
