Luckily these areas are ceramic tile and newly refinished hardwood so I'm keeping my fingers crossed it's only on the surface.I asked her why she was so upset with me and she said because I forced her to leave in a week!

My experience in real estate thus far is limited to closing on a single-family home (my primary living residence) and fixing it up (removing/replacing ceramic and vinyl tile flooring, painting, installing baseboards and shoe molding, installing light fixtures, landscaping, etc.).
