so really there asking if you pay the electricity, unless the unit comes with no a/c. then the answer would be no. lolthe unit comes with a central AC. we said, "again, tenant pays all utilities". lol

Like everywhere else, inflation is on the higher side but that's because of real economic growth, not because the Mexican central bank has artificially maintained interest rates at a low level like the FED has.

Unless you are local to the market, I would consider elsewhere.I think Charlotte long term is a great market, financial hub, good airport, population growth.I think if you commit to any of these markets, you will have successGino

Lots of old properties where I'm at, so it isn't unusual to expect $10k+ of capex out of the gate for water heaters, putting in central air possibly, and other old property issues.
