I'd have sessions with the girls and taught them how to breathe through their nose while keeping a slight vacuum pressure in their mouth exchanging carbon dioxide, sometimes called making out or necking.

You can tell quickly which ones are not worth wasting your breath and explaining the business to.

I will keep you all posted but won't hold my breathe ;)

Older drapes and carpet tend to be smelly and can even give some people breathing issues.

Also, some chatter how its going to be easier in NJ, though I would not hold my breath.

The web site is something that I can afford to have done so I can continue doing more important tasks to find deals.Mailers, answering the phone, wife 4 kids, mow lawn, part time job, driving for dollars, podio, probate listings, Excel files, chess, video games, $$$, call leads, oil change, eat, sleep, breath, omg kid again, twice in one night, how is that even possible. lol Yea you know the drill.          

That will give you some breathing room in case things go wrong (which they often do by the way). 

Granted I know a few buyers still breathing.

I wont hold my breath on getting the course though.

I have a nephew that is in a wheelchair, his faculties were ok a few years ago until he stopped breathing twice after a surgery he had.
