yes, i agree, the shawshank redemption is a good movie and his line in there really hits home. but you can't live life thinking how little time you have left. i had a grand father that was taken captive in the battle of the bulge in wwII. he thought he was gonna die like anyone else did there. he lived to be 89 and dropped dead making his breakfast. his wife, my grandmother, lived to be only 56. you have no idea how long you are gonna live, so, just live. take risks, see where they lead you. if you don't like the path it takes you down, switch paths

Im in the Los Angeles,CA area (more North of LA).I want to meet up once or twice a week for coffee or breakfast /lunch , just to talk real estate or any other business venture you are in! 

It's a 3b/2 full bath, new interior and exterior paint, large master bedroom w two closets, large breakfast bar in the kitchen, fully jetted massage walk in bath, on the corner of a quiet cul-de-sac, in a pretty good school district. rentometer has it's median at $1219 and zillow has it at more like $1450, which makes a difference in the numbers.

I can pay someone to cook me breakfast or wash my car but can do it myself.

It's always nice meeting fellow investors in my 'hood, I'd be happy to meet up for breakfast, lunch, or coffee if you'd like.

So with his knowledge and guidance I had saved valuable time; from floors to trim, to paint to sanding, counters to breakfast nook, and everything else in between, he was there.

If you are successfully buying and renting cash-flowing properties in Southern California, I would love to meet up for breakfast or coffee (on me!).
