You have time to learn from failures and bounce back while you’re still young.

I am fairly new to the real estate investing game myself, so feel free to reach out with any questions or to just bounce ideas off of someone else. 

In that case a failure could take a long time to bounce back from versus a doctor worth 1.4 million but making 800k a year and net worth is growing fast.No legal advice given.  

Also, doing a speed-check from a phone will only be so good as they bounce between feeding from WIFI and from CELL.

BUT if they can keep making the payments historically they'll bounce back.

There is plenty of people there to bounces ideas off of. 

It would be nice to have someone to talk to about REI, bounce ideas off of etc. 

Now you need to start preparing for marketing, showing, screening software and processes, selecting a tenant, Fair Housing, emotional support animals, collecting a deposit, disparate impact, local and state housing laws, Section 8, your lease agreement, late rent, unpaid rent, partial rent, bounced checks, etc.No worries!

We can hear when they're walking, even louder when they have heels or dress shoes on, and the kids loud crying screams when he's getting disciplined, etc.Where we draw the line is when the kid starts bouncing a ball or running in the house.
