I was looking for something that would give me slots for three things: Labor Cost.

He's not interested in a slot in an RV park. 

I also did the prior advice and booked 15 minute slots which did work out so I didn't have long wait times.  

I would suggest finding a short term rental  that is ideal for your particular situation and buying that with the plan of renting it to the next guy filling he school slot.

We also did consolidation loans to lower our rates and free up loan slots (you are only allowed 10 Fannie Mae loans per person in the US).  

Call BAJA and ask for an existing quote for back to back parking; both 30 foot and 40 foot slots; say 500 to 700 feet long, just to get a feel for costs.l.

This one requires prospective tenants to put down a small security deposit ( I think $25 or $50) and then they can make a 30 minute appointment to view the house at any available time slot.
