Probably pay well, but look at job growth, not just company investment putting in automated factories with low # of employees.

Once you do build out a solid team with cleaners, virtual assistants, etc, and automate the check-ins and check-outs, it can be lucrative at scale.

Hi @Aldo Balatti, yes there are many people who find success in remotely managing properties and many actually do it without the need for a full turnkey property management using various systems, automation, and other relationships to help them succeed. 

Still looking for an automated tool for STR regs where I can just plug in a zip code or address and it will layout all the current restrictions in seconds. 

I have not been able to find a lender who does Helocs on multi families.Not a heloc, which is a stand alone instrument.

Excel is not useful for collection rent and automating things like leases and credit checks all in one pace that is for sure.

The documents used are standard Fannie/Freddie instruments.

With Apartments.com I can automate rent payments, have the security deposit paid, and have tenants upload their proof of renter’s insurance.
