I plan for a time when they can be there and check in and make sure there aren't any maintenance items they haven't told me about.

Hey @Shaheen Ahmed, A lot of deals aren’t top performers right out of the gate, but the key is finding ways to maximize income to offset costs like taxes.Stay consistent with analyzing deals you’ll find an area that works for you.

I have found that in many STRs we have stayed at, they aren't cleaned well and look scummy or even mildewed. 

As for tiny homes, they aren't considered real property and don't add value to the property.

Yall will get away with that crap on this earth, least y'all not forget the ultimate authority NO ONE can escape from, my opinion but I kinda think he'd frown on that behavior.

Adding to what Greg said, there are lots of buyers who aren't pre-approved or will make an offer and then not be able to get financing wasting the seller's time.

Hello there @Kevin Zmick - I was just in a similar situation so you aren't alone...it is much harder to rent out units during this time, but the right will come. 

While prices are low (under $200k), there's absolutely a rental demand - especially for working class and professional tenants who aren't ready to buy.
