I think the best way to solve problems is to make them a win, win situation. but i still advise you to follow the lease, after all the lease is there to protect you and her, and as most of the other comments said: the lease is there to keep things from getting out of hand and from becoming complicatedbest luck with the tenant even if my advise meant nothing :)Hans Ravn
