There are alot of real estate strategy out there which will allow you to obtain a piece of property unconventionally. 

Most ideal would be seller financing, but open to creative strategies for a cash-flowing property.

While I was open to carrying a note, I wasn’t going to go that high.Unfortunately, there’s been an unrealistic expectation set by the gurus that relying on seller financing is a viable strategy for buying a business.

Thanks @Robin Simon I plan on reproducing this strategy in 2025 to buy 3-5 more. 

This way, if vacation rental management becomes too demanding or isn’t feasible, you have an alternative strategy in place.Make sure to confirm that the HOA or association allows rentals at all.
