They should know the process super well and have their own contacts with leaders and managers to be able to ensure things run smoothly.There is a weekly open-office time for residents to be able to sit down with their case manager (I think it's Weds, but I haven't seen the time printed out recently so it may have changed.

I tried to evict with denied appeals, and now the code enforcement officer is giving me till December 3rd, however the person is to move out by December 1 per notice from code enforcement and is working with case manager for placement.

I stand corrected:)They do have an office in Metro Detroit and while we're far from perfect, we seem to get a lot of their unhappy previous clients.In our opinion, they built a system for Class A rentals - where tenants have 680+ credit scores and rarely have to be evicted or trash properties.They then tried to apply their processes to Class B & C rentals and that's when their service issues increased.All this caused them to recently significantly increase their Flat Fee pricing and monthly minimum charges.

We want a camera system that:1) Connects to internet for remote monitoring via an office computer (not just a mobile device)2) Has motion-sensor alerts3) Records to the cloud, so a thief can't disable/steal the camera to hide their identityWe plan to remove these cameras once a property is rented and reinstall at the next vacant rental.Wi-Fi connection to internet is possible, but we'd also like to look into cellular connections to internet.What suggestions do you have please?
