Amend that-- if ANYONE needs cleaning services more than people who are moving, then it's the other parties to the transaction and the service providers-- Lender REOs, Selling Brokers, Probate Attorneys, and Heirs of Family members who would like nothing more than to sell Aunt June's house without having to rummage through her unmentionables, and YES, RE Investors who have just (ahem) "Stolen" the neighborhood Victorian. 

This is a Victorian cottage built in 1915 and is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bath property.

In some of our really old buildings (Victorian, Edwardian) it makes more sense to insulate the underside of the roof deck using closed cell foam and then place polyisocyanuarate hard board on the topside of the deck with a piggyback roof over top.

If you have lived in a 1960s suburb of California your entire life, don't buy a Victorian in Boston.Don't buy a high-risk property.

Since the island is full of old victorians, it's hard to get away from it. 

This area has many beautiful, Victorian style homes that range from 2500-5000+ SF.
