I played baseball at the college I am trying to rent out so I spoke with the coaches and they will recommend players to live at this house.

I’m not afraid to spend money for worthy coaching but I also don’t have $25k to drop on a program.  

Ideally, we would find a coach of some sort that could help us find a deal that works, knows the ropes of the building an LLC. 

It is a 2 unit RS-3 that I converted to a 3 unit RM 4.5 because it has a coach house that wasn’t legal which I didn’t know until I basically got to the closing table. 

@Tilottama BandopadhayNot sure what part of CA you're in but if you're considering OOS considering Las Vegas or Reno (depending on where you're located) could potentially make sense for you due to it's proximity.

Too many people sign up for a coach thinking it will make their growth easy.

But to use a casino analogy, playing with "house money" and getting all the perks is the best way to vacation in Vegas.
