In reference to my bookkeeping schema, my properties are aligned with my LLC structure which has Series underneath it.

We use ShowMojo G series locks which give the tenants the ability to assign a temporary code for the tech.

You can setup a series LLC where each property is in it's own LLC under a parent LLC.For 2 properties, I don't think it is necessary.

She had moved in before we bought the condo, and the equipment change was required for the cable TV and internet service to continue as the prior owner would of course cancel their account after closing.
