@Alexander FeliceI agree, which is why it seems so puzzling that these large corporations are doing exactly that. 

My old agent used to ask me if I liked a house and he was constantly puzzled when my response to him was in terms of ARV, Repair Costs, Cap Rates, and Comp Values.

It also may scar them for the next seven years if they try to repurchase a new home after walking away.Get all the facts and gather as many pieces of the puzzle as possible to try to put together the most comprehensive story of the situation as possible.

I'm new to real estate but, I've put together some pieces of the wholesaling puzzle.

It is one of several pieces to a puzzle that paint a picture of a good tenant, and hopefully longterm, and a poor tenant.  

ALL of these pieces of the puzzle must be in place for you to be successful from afar investing.

If that is not happening, either something is not right about the way your props are showing on MLS, or perhaps you are priced too high and agents are deciding not to show them.Hope you solve that puzzle!

A lot of what you are paying for is this professional knowledge and ability to piece the puzzle together.If you or a draftsman can do this, then more power to you.  

Account Closed you make some very valid points   Hate to admit it  my wife and I debt this almost daily   It is a slow slow grind to get from nothing to something generated from nothing more then some rentals  it’s a piece of the puzzle I agree  1.

It's basically a jigsaw puzzle that you find a piece at a time.
