I don't really have anything to offer either way, but might help to say where in Western MA you are looking at.Big difference if you are looking around Springfield vs. if you are looking out in Pittsfield.

I currently work as an agent and our company manages about 200 units in the Springfield area.  

I am also interested in the nearby suburbs...eg, Springfield, Media, Drexel Hill, etc.

More in the Springfield area but you are actually the 2nd person I got an alert on that is out in the Berkshires today so it seems like numbers are going out your way too.How is the market out by you?
