Washington State is a medical marijuana state.

Under Colorado law now, its possible to sell marijuana legally.

There is really no point in asking for advice about this here, as it sounds like you need legal advice from a local attorney well aware of the ever-changing marijuana law in Colorado.  

Do you or does anyone who would be living at the property or visiting the property smoke ANYTHING cigars, cigarettes, marijuana, vape.5.

If they can't comply with the lease they need to leave or be evicted.Colorado is a marijuana friendly state but my leases specify no cultivation.

I'm over that now.I don't know what the case laws have been, if any, with medical marijuana and what rights medical patients have.

The problem deepens: The old landlord chose to go with a non-standard lease agreement that does not cover the topic either smokers or pets in any way, not even a passing mention (and there's no addendum for either as well).I want the two male tenants out; I have been told that they are smoking in the house (including marijuana), though at the moment I do not have any personal verification of this (I do know they smoke outside). 

I have a customer that it took 2 months to get non-paying tenant out, when they did, he was using his living room as a marijuana grow house, all flooring had to come out and his pitbull tore up every cabinet in the house.

Nevada will be voting in November to legalize marijuana usage for any one over 18 years of age and looking at Colorado and the HUGE tax/business benefits it has brought to them, i was thinking if this passes it is a potential opportunity for huge growth.
