Lenders also have interest only options that could help with cashflow especially on acquisitions to allow you to get the listing up, and have your listing gain momentum (some listings start off slow while they accrue bookings, reviews, etc.)

I have reviewed listings on Furnished Finders and Airbnb so far.

I have read mixed reviews on investing in this market due to pro tenant system, high vacancy and very slow price appreciation.

It was the most economical for the best reviews I could find. 

If you're confident in your comps, it may be worth discussing with the appraiser or lender to see if there's room to provide additional context or request a review.
