In my market, I only have one vendor qualified for appliance warranty work, and the warranty companies paid him half his standard fee for each service call. 

It will cost a lot to redo do all the services.  

I could also just do RUBS on each of the 4 units based on # of occupants or square footage or another method (which is best???).

However, I don’t have a US-based W2 (but work full time for an American tech company in their London office).
