This should be a hot location to sell a house, maybe your priced too high?

I don't think a sauna and hot tub are necessary for a MTR.

If I had to guess, with an election coming up and the overall economy not looking so hot, rates will probably come down.

They say in brand building that people should either love you or hate you (hot or cold), nothing in between. 

I didn't really rehab them much but was thinking the hot market pushed the process up enough.

Things such as hot water tanks, carpets had to be replaced in a few years, so I wound up depreciation some items more than once.I sold a rental last year for $430K that originally cost me $70K as an investment property.

Than when inflation is happening and the issue of the day for some reason everyone lost there freakin minds and cold is now hot, up is down....   

Unless the market was super hot and values shooting up 1% monthly or more, this could be a huge waste of time.

It takes patience and its not very sexy, but you can have BIG long term benefits.
