Chicago near south and south shore are excellent rental markets and offer cash flow up the Ying Yang.

You just need to figure out who’s the peanut butter to your jelly , ying to yang.

@Peter Yang as @Bettina F. mentioned I would recommend a property manager, especially if you are out-of-state.
