However...now more than ever, I'm reminded of the quote, “Be Fearful When Others Are Greedy and Greedy When Others Are Fearful”. 

@Jay Hinrichs foreclosures may be a while but if this goes on for a while I think liquidity will be the issue for most.As Warren Buffet said: “Be fearful when others are greedy and be greedy only when others are fearful”.

This is VERY normal in lower priced Apts in immigrant neighborhoods.What happens is that they Landlords then are accused of being the Greedy ones, seen as charging more rent (because of the increase of utilities), allowing undocumented workers to live there in large amounts to have more rent money!

In the housing crisis, I had accumulated some properties in south Florida that shot up like a rocket, caused me to become greedy, and eventually I got hosed on most of them.

It's like they think we are all wealthy, greedy and don't care about others which of course is completely false.
