There are many millennials and young people working downtown and GC is about the shortest drive to downtown without living downtown itself (high priced German Village townhouses, etc). 

We've had clients find SFR deals in decent schools in most areas of Indianapolis and the metro area, but you will find them most frequently on the East side of Indianapolis in Warren and Lawrence Townships around German Church Rd.
