Your 'gut' is usually the best advisor so if its upset and you can't get a good enough explanation to it settle down, move on.

I'm having a hard time finding an explanation of the improvement requirements, and several sources don't even mention them.Are you sure the tax advantages are tied to improving the property?

Maintenance requests are handled online as well, if a tenant submits a maintenance request, you recieve an email with the address, unit, tenant contact info, and their detailed explanation.

However, I can’t seem to find enough information (or at the very least a dumbed down explanation) of earnest money and escrow accounts.

.* If you are moving just a short distance from the current PR and/or moving from a SFH to multi, then make sure you have very good explanation letter to convince the underwriter why they should approve this purchase as an owner occupied.With regards to the financing options, I always prefer conventional, so PMI eventually drops off.

Should I get a new appraisal before turning it in to the county or write in an explanation that the dining room is not a bedroom and not worry about it b/c despite the # of bedrooms it still appraised much lower than the assessor has it?
