First red flag is if they say that they will shop your deal with a few different investors.  

Or is it a different number of days now? 

From a legal standpoint, sure, it's not much different other than the paperwork and govt red tape.

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

At the end of the day, the problems are the same, just on different platforms.
