That 8K credit is on this years return and must be repaid over the next XXX number of returns by increasing the taxable income by XXX amount each year.Just for the sake of numbers, lets say you are at the 15% tax rate and you take advantage of the 8k.

I don't want to waste time finding this person, only to find out that they won't sell this property for this price.The property is owned by AIMCO, the property management company.From the info I gathered, AIMCO purchased this property in 2007 for $37,XXX,XXX.They will be taking a BIG HIT on this....so I don't know that they'll sell it for $23-24 million.However, based on these numbers....can they realistically expect ANYTHING except a SIGNIFICANT loss?

You can have branded email (ie. gmail can actually take care of my XXX@XXX.com address so it doesn't go thru the server at XXX.com ) and from what I understand, people do suffer MUCH less downtime using google in this manner, than their own server.
