The market between the 2 locations & resident class (Especially if you plan to self mange or find a PM company), Your future goals and the costs associated with moving and transferring to a new hospital. 

I didn't see a need for a holding company but if someone wants one, you can just use another LLC as the holding company.

In my opinion, even if you partner with a local PM company or turnkey operator your returns will drop significantly.

I have some connections there with other hosts/STR companies.

Then, I spoke with several acquisition managers with very limited knowledge on how to evaluate a deal but this time, the company they were working for was sued by multiple homeowners for fraud.

Fannie Mac is a publically traded company, ticker FNMA (more later).These GSE’s were created to to promote homeownership by providing liquidity to the secondary mortgage market.These are GIANT housing players, and this is hard to understate.

It's really all about putting together your team - realtor,  title company, other adivisors, QI.

Maintenance at at PM company or one of the big hedge owners like AH4R, leasing at apartment complex will teach you a lot about applications, fraud, leases, collections, evictions. 

So many population/job growth/companies moving and developing here - Intel headquarters, Google, FB, Amazon, Nationwide, Honda, Anduril etc.
